Wood sawdust charcoal making machine produces sawdust briquettes from raw materials such as bamboo and wood sawdust, peanut shells, corncobs, sugarcane bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, rice husks, and tree branches. The process involves crushing the raw materials into particles smaller than 10mm, drying them to a moisture content of under 12%, and shaping them in a sawdust briquette-making machine under high temperature and high pressure (without any additives). Finally, the sawdust briquettes are carbonized in a carbonization furnace (such as a self-built earthen kiln) to produce the finished charcoal briquettes. The final charcoal briquette is dense, compact, and highly combustible, serving as a high-calorific renewable fuel alternative to firewood and coal.
